Sensitivity Preferecnes?

I feel like I can't find a happy medium for sensitivity. Do I need to just pick one and get used to it? What is everyone else using?

I've been running on the standard setups. Im on MW so it might be different to the BO7 setup but im fine with the standard sensitivity.
